Dr. Nupur Garg, MD, DipABLM is a dual board-certified practicing Lifestyle Medicine physician with a clinic called “Lifestyle and Family Medicine” near New Haven, CT. She completed her undergraduate education at MIT, went to Yale for Medical School, and did her residency at Mount Sinai in NYC. She has won numerous awards in research, entrepreneurship, and community building. She lives with her husband and two young children.
